Social Media and Marketing Manager

Social Media Marketing Manager develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business goals (leads, sales) by creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring channels, interacting with users, analyzing metrics, and staying current on trends, often collaborating with other teams and reporting results to stakeholders. Key duties include content creation (text, video, graphics), campaign management, community engagement, performance tracking (KPIs), and audience/competitor research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive social media strategies, campaigns, and content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Generate, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc..
• Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to followers, moderate comments, and foster a positive community.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize future efforts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to integrate social media efforts.
• Advertising: Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets.

Common Duties:

Define target audiences and competitive landscapes, Optimize social media profiles for visibility, Identify and engage with influencers, and Use social listening to gauge sentiment.Skills Needed:
