A long-standing, mission-driven publishing and media organization in Nashville, TN is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand presence, drive revenue growth, and expand audience engagement across digital platforms. This role blends creativity, analytics, and project management to deliver consistent storytelling across social media, email, advertising, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage an integrated social strategy across brands, events, and initiatives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, reels, stories, posts) aligned with brand voice and seasonal priorities.
  • Manage daily community engagement (comments/messages), monitor mentions, and grow audience interaction.
  • Track social performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Campaign Development

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, releases, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing efforts including subscriber growth and segmentation.
  • Coordinate advertising initiatives across digital and other channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and deliverables.

Brand Storytelling & Content Production

  • Maintain consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Produce and/or coordinate multimedia assets (video clips, photos, testimonials, promotional materials).
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across creative output.
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement
  • Identify and manage influencer/partner/media relationships to expand brand awareness.
  • Support event marketing initiatives and community-facing programs.
  • Collaborate on PR support materials as needed (e.g., press releases, media kits).

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and compile monthly performance reporting for leadership.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging, timing, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva; Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Mailchimp or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
