Job Title: Social Media Manager - Hospitality Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Create different content for online reach expansion.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) that showcases our offerings, tells our brand story, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement and maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaigns and promotions with social media initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Plan and execute influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to expand reach and authenticity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of growing social media followings and driving engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights).
  • Experience with photo and video editing software is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of social media advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
