Role overview
As a Sales Representative at MarketMakerMGMT LLC, you’ll drive growth by selling our YouTube channel services to clients who want more views, leads, and brand authority. You’ll balance high-volume cold calling with timely follow-up on inbound leads, run quick discovery, pitch the right package, and close the deal. Our packages blend short- and long-form video editing, SEO optimization, and dedicated channel management. This is an in-person role at our Bonita Springs office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients (cold calls, outreach) and respond to inbound leads.
• Present and promote service packages; clearly communicate benefits and value.
• Customize offerings to client goals and budget; create and deliver proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close agreements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients; handle questions and concerns.
• Collaborate with production for clean handoffs and on-time delivery.
• Track activities and pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot or similar).
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (commission-based or quota-bearing) preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and consistent follow-up.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; clear and persuasive.
• Organized, self-directed, and results-driven with a track record of hitting targets.
• Basic understanding of YouTube/digital marketing is a plus (not required).
• Able to work on-site in Bonita Springs, FL (Mon–Fri).

Compensation

• Commission-only to start with generous, uncapped commissions.
• Base salary begins after your first two closed sales.
• Training, sales materials, and inbound lead flow provided.
• First-year earnings vary by performance (OTE discussed during interviews).

Schedule
Monday–Friday during standard business hours; occasional events as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
