Looking for a Marketing Director to join our DYNAMIC team! Multi facility opportunity.
Position Summary:
Looking for someone who can help build strong relationships within the communties that we serve.
Position Qualifications:
- 2 years or more working in a Skilled Nursing facilty
- Ability to deal professionally with staff within the facilities,and within our communities
- Sales and Marketing success
- Works collaboratively and independently –
- Ability to deliver positive outcomes in the Marketing department and with census development
- Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribute facility marketing materials (flyers, brochures, etc.) to referral sources and as needed for prospective patients
- Builds community relationships by planning/hosting and attending key community networking events
- Build trust and mutually respectful relationships with key referral sources (doctors, discharge planners, senior care influencers in the community, etc.)
- Schedules and attends luncheons and presentations to promote the facilities and their services
- Follow work schedule and/or additional instructions from the facility Administrator, Regional Director of Operations or additional Resources
- Supports Admissions, assists in interviewing patients/guardians securing required information and signatures and maintains accurate records of available beds and census
- Refer admission problems to the proper authority, (i.e., insurance office supervisors, credit managers, nursing services, etc.)
- Keeps current on Medicare/Medicaid regulations governing admission/discharge requirements of health care facilities
