This role executes across the entire business. Strategy and final decisions remain centralized. The account manager owns daily execution across content, QR delivery, in house manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory, vendor coordination, partnerships, and reporting.

This role handles all production and coordination to manufacture each item sold at launch. All items are produced and fulfilled in house. Precision matters. Follow through matters more. This is a task driven role with frequent direction.

Core Responsibilities A to Z

Content and Messaging

  • Write all weekly QR messages across all themes
  • Produce two to three messages per theme per week
  • Maintain spiritual cynicism tone across all messaging
  • Ensure messaging attacks first, then warns
  • Submit all content for final approval before release
  • Maintain organized message libraries by theme and date
  • Ensure every message ends with FAFO

Theme Management

  • Manage all existing themes
  • Propose new themes for approval
  • Track scans, upgrades, and engagement by theme
  • Recommend theme adjustments or retirement
  • Maintain clear theme promises and descriptions

QR Platform Operations

  • Own QR code setup, management, and deployment
  • Schedule weekly message updates
  • Manage the QR system end to end
  • Coordinate technical support when required
  • Perform full QA checks before each update
  • Flag issues immediately

Manufacturing and Production

  • Own end to end in house production
  • Source blanks, materials, trims, and packaging with approval
  • Recommend equipment and tooling for approval
  • Design production workflows with guidance
  • Operate fixed daily production schedules
  • Produce all items made to order
  • Perform full quality checks on every batch
  • Maintain production logs and documentation
  • Track per unit costs and margin performance
  • Flag cost issues early

Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Pack and ship all orders in house
  • Ship all orders within five business days
  • Use pre set carriers and rates
  • Manage order flow from sale to delivery
  • Handle remakes and reships within defined rules
  • Escalate missed delivery targets immediately

Inventory Management

  • Track inventory levels across all materials and finished goods
  • Plan reorders based on sales velocity
  • Prevent stockouts
  • Align production timing with demand

Packaging and Presentation

  • Design packaging, inserts, and labels for approval
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all orders
  • Coordinate packaging production

Systems and Data

  • Set up and manage production and fulfillment software
  • Maintain operational dashboards
  • Track scans, upgrades, retention, revenue, and costs
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting

Partnership and Marketing Support

  • Coordinate partner relationships after introductions
  • Manage timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate influencer campaigns after approval
  • Execute launches and drops under direction

Customer Experience

  • Handle customer issues within defined rules
  • Maintain brand tone in all responses
  • Escalate sensitive or legal issues immediately

Work Structure and Availability

  • Flexible contract role with path to full time
  • High availability during launches, production issues, and drops
  • On call during critical operations

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Shopify: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Canva/Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Preferred)
  • E-commerce: 3 years (Required)
