Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Advertising and other paid media tools to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond proactively to foster positive relationships.
  • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility on search engines and improve web traffic.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and other tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate outreach efforts, manage reputation, and craft press releases or media pitches when needed.
  • Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation; ensure all visuals meet branding standards.
  • Conduct regular proofreading of all content to maintain clarity, accuracy, and professionalism before publication.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep strategies innovative and effective.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of various platforms’ best practices.
  • Expertise in social listening tools and community engagement techniques to build meaningful relationships online.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for efficient content planning and publishing.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished before release.
  • Ability to develop branding strategies that align with overall marketing goals while maintaining consistency across channels.
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, media outlets, or influencers.
