Social Media Marketing Intern

About ChiChi Foods  ChiChi is an Arch Grants-backed food startup reinventing breakfast. We make chickpea-based hot cereal — high protein, grain-free, and actually delicious. We're in 300+ stores including Target, Whole Foods, and Safeway, with over 250,000 bowls sold and growing fast. We work out of the Arch Grants office in Midtown St. Louis.

The Role  We're looking for a social media intern who wants real ownership at a fast-growing startup. You can shape the role around your interests — whether that's creating TikToks, managing our Instagram, writing content, building influencer relationships, or all of the above. This is a real role, not busy work.

What You Could Work On

• Creating and posting TikToks and Reels
• Managing and growing our Instagram
• Influencer and creator outreach
• Content planning and strategy
• Whatever else you're excited about — we're open

What We're Looking For

• You're plugged into social media and have opinions about what works
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Creative and excited to experiment
• Bonus: you've grown an account, made content, or have work you're proud of

• 1 day/week in person (St. Louis), 1 day/week remote
• $17/hour
