Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible with class schedules)

Job Description

Great Wall Chinese Medicine is a family-owned acupuncture and wellness clinic serving the Scottsdale and Chandler communities. We are seeking a Marketing & Events Intern to support our growing brand through social media marketing, newsletters, and event coordination.

This is a hands-on, creative role ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, social media, wellness, or events who wants real-world experience working on live campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and social media content
• Assist with social media planning, captions, trends, and content ideas
• Coordinate and promote at least one community or clinic event per month
• Assist with event planning, setup, promotion, and post-event content (examples of events include sound bath and acupuncture, meditations, off site events)
• Write and help design at least one email newsletter per month
• Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination
• Work directly with the owner on marketing initiatives and brand growth

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, business, or related program (preferred but not required)
• Comfortable creating short-form video content and being on camera
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, creative, and self-motivated
• Interest in wellness, acupuncture, or holistic health is a plus
