We are seeking a creative, detail-focused Marketing & Events Specialist with strong graphic design and content creation skills. This role blends digital marketing, social media, email marketing, influencer management, trade show coordination, and hands-on creative design to support brand growth and product launches.
This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, traveling for events, creating high-quality visual content, and maintaining a polished, recognizable brand presence across all touchpoints.
The Marketing & Events Specialist leads the day-to-day execution of marketing activities—including content creation, graphic design, digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and event operations. This position ensures the brand shows up consistently across social media and at major industry events, distributor open houses, and training events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Create, design, and schedule high-quality graphics, reels, product spotlights, and educational content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, and seasonal content.
- Edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok) including transitions, captions, overlays, and sound syncing.
- Build and maintain a 30–90 day content calendar.
- Analyze and report performance metrics weekly/monthly.
2. Graphic Design & Creative Direction
- Create polished marketing assets including:
- Product launch graphics
- Brochures, catalogs, and sell sheets
- Email graphics and templates
- Trade show signage, banners, tablecloths, displays
- Product packaging concepts
- Digital ads, thumbnails, and website visuals
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with product development and R&D for imagery, diagrams, and instructional content.
- Retouch product photos as needed.
3. Email Marketing
- Design and write engaging email campaigns for product launches, promotions, newsletters, and events.
- Build branded email templates and graphics.
- Execute segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Track KPIs and optimize for performance.
4. Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships
- Develop outreach lists and partnership strategies.
- Create collaboration briefs, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
- Coordinate product gifting and monitor influencer content quality.
- Repurpose influencer content across marketing channels.
5. Trade Show & Event Coordination
- Plan and manage all logistics for SEMA, Auto Glass Week, regional trainings, distributor events, and other industry shows.
- Design all event graphics, signage, promotional materials, and booth visuals.
- Oversee freight shipments, booth inventory, and prep.
- Travel to events for setup, booth management, and teardown.
- Capture high-quality video and photo content on-site.
- Support sales teams with live demos, customer engagement, and lead capture.
- Execute pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns.
6. Promotional Items & Branded Merchandise
- Maintain organized storage, tracking, and replenishment of promotional items including apparel, hats, stickers, pens, notepads, bags, lanyards, and giveaways...etc.
- Source, price, and order new promotional items through approved vendors & work with suppliers on custom printing, branding.
- Ensure promotional items are packed and sent for trade shows, events, distributor visits, and product launches.
7. Website & Paid Media Support
- Update web banners, product pages, and landing pages with fresh graphics.
- Assist in creating visuals for paid ads (Meta/Google).
Optimize images and content to align with SEO goals.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of marketing, digital content, events, or graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and branding ability.
- Proficiency in: Canva (advanced), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Email marketing tools (Constant Contact, Mailchimp, etc.), Social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic to moderate video editing skills (Reels/TikTok formats).
- Strong written communication and copywriting abilities.
- Comfortable with travel, physical booth setup, and hands-on event work.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once.
- Strong photography skills (basic DSLR or smartphone-based).

- Experience designing trade show materials.
- Experience with product-based or manufacturing companies.
- Experience with paid ads or website updates.
- Experience capturing product demos or tool usage content.
