Goal: One versatile operator who owns content, digital presence, promotions, and brand execution across multiple hospitality-focused businesses.

We are a locally owned hospitality group based in East Greenwich, RI, operating several customer-facing businesses tied to food, beverage, waterfront lifestyle, events, and tourism.

Our portfolio includes a mix of dining, lodging, marina-related operations, and seasonal/event-driven businesses. We’re focused on tightening systems, improving visibility, and creating consistent, high-quality brand presence across everything we operate.

The Role

We’re looking for one strong marketing + digital execution hire to run point on:

  • Social media (posting, stories, reels, engagement)
  • Content creation (photo, video, basic editing)
  • Email marketing (promotions, events, announcements)
  • Website updates and basic optimization
  • Event promotion and brand campaigns
  • Influencer and community partnerships
  • Overall brand presence across all businesses

This is not a corporate marketing manager role. This is a hands-on, creative, execution-heavy position for someone who can actually do the work — not outsource it or overcomplicate it.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content

  • Manage daily and weekly posting across platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook)
  • Create content in real time (phone photo/video, reels, stories)
  • Write captions that sound human and match each brand’s vibe
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, and maintain community presence
  • Build and manage a content calendar

Promotions & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute promotions tied to seasons, events, and business needs
  • Support marketing for events, private bookings, and special activations
  • Coordinate with managers to ensure promotions align with real-world execution
  • Help build repeatable promo systems (not one-off chaos)

Email Marketing

  • Create and send promotional emails (events, seasonal pushes, announcements)
  • Manage contact lists and basic segmentation
  • Track performance and improve open/click rates over time

Website & Digital Presence

  • Update websites with current information, promotions, and visuals
  • Ensure Google listings and online platforms are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with SEO basics and site cleanliness (no broken info, outdated pages)

Brand & Partnerships

  • Maintain consistent brand look and tone across all platforms
  • Coordinate with photographers/videographers when needed
  • Support influencer relationships and local partnerships
  • Help manage signage, printed materials, and promotional assets

Compensation & Expectations

Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000, based on experience and demonstrated ability.

This role carries high-output creative marketer expectations, regardless of where a candidate falls within the range. The right hire should be capable of:

  • Producing strong, consistent content across multiple brands
  • Understanding brand voice and visual identity
  • Executing full campaigns (not just individual posts)
  • Supporting real business growth through marketing
  • Working independently, staying organized, and owning results

We are looking for someone who takes pride in execution and wants real responsibility, not just a title.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of marketing, content, or social media experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable creating content in-person and on the fly
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Able to manage multiple brands without dropping the ball
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
  • Willing to be on-site for events and peak periods
