POC Poses is a national creative platform and event ecosystem connecting artists, models, and photographers through inclusive figure drawing resources, books, workshops, and live events.

We are seeking a part time Community Outreach Manager to grow attendance, partnerships, email lists, and press while keeping outreach systems organized.

Position Details

  • Contract role
  • 8-10 hours per week
  • $125 per week base pay
  • Hybrid (Atlanta area for weekly in person work session)

Role Purpose

Drive awareness, ticket sales, partnerships, and community engagement across all POC Poses programs while keeping operations running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

Audience Growth + Event Promotion

  • message past event attendees
  • DM artists, models, and photographers
  • invite people to upcoming events
  • push early bird tickets
  • send 72 hour reminders
  • coordinate performer and collaborator shares
  • assist with press outreach

Event Platform Management

  • create and update Eventbrite listings
  • manage Facebook Events
  • keep event descriptions, images, and links current
  • track RSVPs and ticket sales
  • coordinate promo codes with the owner
  • export attendee lists after events

Partnerships + Sponsors

Build relationships with:

  • art supply stores
  • colleges and student organizations
  • creative collectives
  • Black creative groups
  • Meetup communities
  • co-working spaces
  • social media influencers

Offer:

  • group discount codes
  • flyer shares
  • 2 for 1 promos

Outreach + Confirmation Coordination

  • send 75 to 150 DMs or emails weekly using templates
  • follow up on submissions and inquiries
  • send confirmation emails and flyers to approved performers, models, photographers, volunteers, and influencers
  • track responses and attendance in the CRM
  • update CRM daily

Events + Flyers + Marketing Materials

  • customize performer and collaborator flyers using templates
  • create simple event flyers and marketing materials when needed
  • update existing templates
  • send event reminders
  • confirm volunteers
  • grant finding

Email List Growth

  • work with the owner and social media manager to grow the email list
  • upload new contacts to forms
  • clean and tag lists
  • draft one short newsletter weekly
  • check signup forms
  • segment artists vs models vs photographers

Operations + Coordination

  • convert weekly priorities into organized task boards
  • build run of show documents
  • send deadline reminders
  • chase missing files
  • organize Google Drive

Weekly Deliverables

  • 75 to 150 outreaches
  • CRM updated daily
  • 3 to 6 confirmations or strong RSVPs
  • Eventbrite and Facebook Events updated
  • flyers or marketing assets
  • 1 newsletter draft
  • event run of show document
  • folder cleanup log
  • weekly report

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $500.00 per month
