Now, we’re searching for a powerhouse talent to lead Marketing & Growth to increase customer acquisition, sales and create content strategy to touch millions globally.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. You will own Vonza’s marketing and growth engine and push growth at every level:

Lead social media growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn & others

Create consistent, high-quality video content showcasing Vonza’s value

Build, manage and scale collaborations and influencer partnerships

Develop creator and affiliate marketing programs

2. Sales & Revenue

Host live webinars, sales calls, and product demos

Launch innovative campaigns to drive conversions and upgrade existing customers

3. Content & Visibility

Represent Vonza on podcasts, interviews, and online shows

Host live trainings, challenges, reels and virtual events to grow audience & sales

Drive community engagement and help build a loyal tribe of Vonza creators

✅ Requirements

Excellent on-camera presence and content creation skills (or willing to learn)

Creative, fast-moving, and results-obsessed

Comfortable being the face and voice of the brand

Startup-friendly mindset: multi-tasking, solves problems, not waits for instructions
