What We Need

We’re seeking an experienced Manager to join our Talent + Creator team. In this role, you’ll own the strategic development and execution of influencer and creator-led campaigns, serve as a senior client partner, and manage junior team members. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong industry relationships, sharp strategic instincts, and the ability to anticipate next steps while executing with precision.

Location: Must live in the greater Tri-State area or Los Angeles, with the ability to work from our office 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6–8 years of experience in talent, influencer, or creator marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of the creator and talent ecosystem, including platforms, trends, and performance metrics
  • A strong existing network of creators, agents, managers, publicists, and industry partners
  • Proven experience managing and growing client relationships at a senior level
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage junior team members
  • Fluency in analytics and translating performance data into actionable insights and strategy
  • Strong understanding of influencer/talent legal considerations (e.g., contracts, usage rights, SAG-AFTRA clauses)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for high-impact influencer and creator campaigns, including paid partnerships, contracts, negotiations, and integrated brand activations
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel, proactive communication, and problem-solving throughout campaigns
  • Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, invoicing, and financial tracking to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, applying insights in real time to maximize results and support renewals
  • Develop and present campaign strategies, recaps, and performance reports to clients and executive leadership
  • Manage and mentor Coordinators through Campaign Leads, supporting career growth and ensuring high-quality execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to share best practices and campaign learnings
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators and talent representatives, guiding briefings, negotiations, and content development
  • Confidently review and manage straightforward legal documents and work closely with legal teams and talent representatives to finalize agreements
