Lead Whatnot Live Host (On-Site) – Fashion Eyewear

Job Description

We are launching a new brand-owned Whatnot channel in the niche fashion eyewear category and are hiring a Lead Live Host to represent our brand on air.

You will host live shopping shows on our Whatnot channel from our location, presenting and selling non-prescription fashion reading glasses and sunglasses. There is no existing audience yet. This role requires confidence, consistency, and the ability to engage viewers live.

All inventory, fulfillment, and account ownership are handled by the company.

Responsibilities

• Host live Whatnot shows on-site
• Present eyewear styles, colors, fit, and use cases clearly
• Engage viewers, answer live questions, and drive sales
• Maintain pacing, energy, and brand tone during shows
• Participate in themed or curated product shows

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking live on camera
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in fashion, sales, or live commerce
• Prior live selling, hosting, or on-camera experience preferred
• Reliable and able to work on-site consistently

Compensation

• Commission on gross sales per show
• Tiered commission structure based on performance
• Increased show frequency and earning potential as the channel grows
