The Marketing Specialist will support day-to-day marketing initiatives for Beauty Brands, with a focus on social media execution and affiliate & influencer program support. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer who is excited to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable jumping in to help where needed. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the creation, scheduling, and execution of organic social media content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics, helping identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of affiliate, influencer, and creator partners
  • Help manage day-to-day communication with influencers, bloggers, and affiliate partners
  • Coordinate social and affiliate content to ensure alignment with brand voice and promotions
  • Maintain the affiliate and promotional calendar
  • Partner with the Merchandise Team to help update product content and inventory information
  • Support website content updates and promotional changes
  • Stay up to date on social media, influencer, and ecommerce trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–3 years of marketing, internship, or agency experience
  • Interest or exposure to social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate programs
  • Basic familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools (training provided)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude & commitment to supporting our team
  • Basic technical skills or willingness to learn, including:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (basic)
    • Figma (basic or exposure)
    • Microsoft Office
    • HTML/CSS (helpful but not required)
    • Canva (basic or exposure)
    • Sprout Social or other social scheduling platforms (helpful, but not required)
    • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest savvy
