The Role
This is a high-impact, strategic opportunity for a growth-obsessed operator to build Beam’s TikTok Shop ecosystem from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Head of TikTok, you will execute the end-to-end strategy for TikTok Shop, integrated campaigns, and our creator partnership program.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Lead the Strategy: Work directly with TikTok leader to define the roadmap for TikTok Shop growth, identifying the necessary resources, tools, and partnerships to scale.
- Drive TikTok Ads & Campaigns: Lead the execution of "Drive TikTok Ads" and integrated shop campaigns. You will focus on maximizing GMV through GMV Max and high-performing web ads that feed into the broader TikTok ecosystem.
- Scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program: Direct and oversee our TikTok Shop affiliate strategy.
- Define Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the existing influencer team to ensure clear R&R. While the existing team focuses on DTC-driven creator partnerships , you will own all Shop-specific content and affiliate relationships .
- Analyze & Optimize: Create frameworks to track ROI, optimize spend across GMV Max and affiliate initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or social commerce, with a deep specialization in TikTok Shop and TikTok ads.
- Experience managing and holding agencies accountable for high-volume affiliate and performance programs.
- Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, specifically GMV Max , TikTok ads, and the TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- A strategic "builder" mindset—you are comfortable working directly with executive leadership to architect a new business unit.
- Location: Based in Austin, TX , NYC , or Boston (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
