Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering positive relationships with our audience to drive brand growth and visibility.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
- Analyze web analytics and social listening data using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms while ensuring messaging aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage reputation, and coordinate outreach efforts.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales strategies.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Build strong relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and social listening tools.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of e-commerce integration strategies.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills including proofreading and content creation expertise.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions in social media marketing efforts.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with audiences effectively across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of public relations principles as they relate to digital reputation management is a plus.
