Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights and engagement opportunities.
  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and visibility.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders through effective relationship management techniques.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce projects, and public relations efforts to ensure cohesive messaging.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, content creation strategies, public relations tactics, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
