To Apply for this Job Click Here We are looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Creative to architect the next chapter for a market-leading wellness brand - a Top 10 seller specializing in single-ingredient and simple-blend supplements in powder form. This is a foundational leadership role where you will transform our high-performing e-commerce presence into a distinctive, emotionally resonant brand. You will own end-to-end brand strategy, narrative, and creative execution while building and leading an in-house creative team from the ground up.

Location: Remote (US)/Bellevue, WA (HQ)

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), partnering closely with the CEO

Brand Director Salary And Benefits

  • Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Additional Compensation: Performance-based annual incentive bonus.

Core Responsibilities Brand Director Job Requirements

  • Develop and execute the brand vision, positioning, and annual roadmap to support long-term business growth.
  • Own the brand storytelling system, including core narrative, messaging pillars, and product communication frameworks.
  • Steward the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints (packaging, web, advertising, social).
  • Build, hire, and lead a lean in-house creative team and manage external agency partners.
  • Own the brand budget and define/track brand health KPIs, connecting creative work to business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in brand marketing, with 3+ years owning brand strategy and leading cross-functional work.
  • Proven "0→1" brand-building experience (launch, repositioning, or building a scalable brand system).
  • Strong creative judgment with ability to direct storytelling and design.
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and presenting performance narratives to leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and developing creative talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in dietary supplements, wellness, functional nutrition, or related CPG (highly preferred).
  • Experience in DTC and marketplace environments (Amazon, TikTok Shop).
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer ecosystems in wellness.
  • Experience collaborating with international or distributed teams (U.S. and Asia).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a strong plus.
