We are a fast-growing medtech company on a mission to bring innovative wound care durable medical equipment solutions to market. We’re seeking a highly skilled Content, Marketing & Engagement Lead to own and elevate our brand voice, digital presence, and engagement strategy. This strategic role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a startup environment. You will be the primary driver of our content engine, demand generation activities, and sales engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Demand Generation

  • Partner with the sales team to design and execute lead generation campaigns across email, social, and digital channels.
  • Execute a content strategy aligned to business objectives, product roadmap, and target audience.
  • Own marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and engagement scoring.
  • Own the content calendar from planning, publishing, and optimizing for performance.
  • Analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and digital assets for inbound engagement.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Brand & Market Engagement

  • Develop narratives that clearly communicate our value proposition to clinicians, health system decision-makers, and strategic partners.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (mainly LinkedIn) including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Support event marketing, webinars, product launches, and conference visibility.
  • Build relationships with key influencers, industry groups, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or digital engagement roles; startup and/or healthcare/medtech experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing content across multiple formats.
  • Strong fluency in social media management and digital campaign tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize accordingly.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning end-to-end initiatives independently.
  • Proven strategic leadership in content marketing, with the ability to craft and execute high-impact content strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing owned, earned, and paid content across multiple formats (long-form, short-form video, social, email, web, etc.).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in social media management, community building, and digital campaign tools; you live and breathe platform algorithms and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling multi-channel content programs using CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Rare blend of big-picture strategic thinking and relentless hands-on execution; you can both architect the playbook and roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, resource-lean environment.
  • Highly data-driven with a sharp ability to interpret analytics (Google Analytics, social platforms, UTM tracking, attribution models), derive insights, and rapidly optimize content and campaigns.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and owning end-to-end initiatives independently with minimal oversight.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
