Job Overview

The Opportunity: We are a high-performance automotive engineering firm—not just a parts reseller. We design, engineer, and manufacture proprietary flow control and cooling systems for everything from track enthusiasts to military contractors and major OEM projects like the Ford GTD, Czinger, Corvette Racing Team, Toyota Gazoo Racing, and others.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and growing 25% year-over-year. We are fast-paced and engineering-led. We are looking for a Marketing Director to sit in the cockpit with the President/Founder and build the engine that drives our next phase of growth.

The Role: You will be a "Player/Coach", strategizing the big picture while getting your hands dirty creating content. We have world-class engineering capabilities and a backlog of exciting products to market.

You don't need to be an expert in every single software we use on Day 1. You need to be a content creator at heart and a self-motivated quick learner technically. You will use AI and your own resourcefulness to master our channels and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The "Product Launch" Engine (B2C): Own the lifecycle from "Prototype" to "Sold." You will photograph the part, edit the video, write the email, and execute the launch across our website, email, and social channels.
  • Brand Building (B2B & OEM): Build high-converting landing pages that highlight our Custom Design, Technical Capabilities, Manufacturing, and ISO certification to attract more commercial/OEM clients.
  • Channel Expansion: Configure and expand our sales channels (Amazon, Social Commerce) to ensure our products are available everywhere our customers are.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with engineering to turn technical drafts into polished, "Apple-quality" Instruction Manuals using InDesign.
  • Content & Paid Media: Work with influencers to create and manage high-ROAS video content (Reels/Shorts) for Meta and TikTok. Shoot and edit our own simple videos highlighting our products. Oversee our external Google Ads management agency. Manage advertising sales initiatives by collaborating with sales teams to optimize promotional efforts and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Technical Marketing: Leverage AI tools to draft copy and troubleshoot technical issues. We use Magento (with M2E Pro), and Odoo (for Email/ERP). Experience with these is a plus, but the aptitude to learn them is required.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decisions. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ Years in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or E-Commerce management.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign) for content creation.
  • Platform Experience: Proven ability to manage e-commerce platforms and generate listings (Experience with Magento, Shopify, or similar).
  • AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use AI for efficiency in copywriting and asset creation. Excellent copywriting skills for compelling content across various formats.
  • Expertise in analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance.

"Huge Plus" (Desired Qualifications):

  • Passion for Cars & Racing: You are an automotive enthusiast. You watch F1/IMSA, you wrench on your own car, or you go to track days. You know what an oil thermostat does. You understand the difference between a "daily driver" and a "race build."
  • Technical Hands-On: You aren't afraid to pick up a tool or install a part for a video shoot.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (based on experience).
  • Annual Profit Sharing: Eligible for our company-wide Discretionary Profit Sharing Plan.
