Social Media & Marketing Manager – Cafe brand

We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Manager to help tell our brand story, grow our online presence, and keep our café top of mind in the community.

This role is perfect for someone who loves content creation, understands social media trends, and can balance creativity with strategy. If you’re equal parts creative and detail-oriented, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and more)
• Plan and create content including reels, posts, stories, and captions
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates
• Capture and edit photo/video content (in-store and on-site)
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and collaborations
• Support promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Track performance and share insights to improve reach and engagement
• Maintain brand voice, visuals, and consistency across platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media or marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok best practices
• Comfortable with short-form video and basic editing apps
• Strong writing skills with a friendly, on-brand tone
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in food, beverage, or hospitality
• Basic knowledge of paid ads or influencer outreach
• Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing experience

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
