Role Overview

This is a part-time, execution-focused role responsible only for managing the CV Studio Instagram account.

We are looking for someone early in their career — or transitioning into social media professionally — who wants to build real experience inside a serious brand, not chase trends or influencer culture.

You will work closely with the founder and team to translate real coaching, real clients, and real philosophy into consistent, high-quality content.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content for the CV Studio Instagram account
  • Schedule 3–4 posts per week (primarily Reels)
  • Write clear, on-brand captions (guidance provided)
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand tone
  • Organize and schedule content using a weekly calendar

Content Support

  • Assist with basic video trimming and formatting (Reels)
  • Coordinate short filming sessions at the studio when needed
  • Repurpose existing content into short-form posts

Collaboration

  • Communicate directly with the founder for direction and feedback
  • Apply feedback consistently and professionally

Requirements

Required

  • Basic experience managing Instagram accounts (personal, brand, or business)
  • Strong eye for aesthetics and clean presentation
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Clear written English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and direction

Preferred

  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, or similar tools
  • Desire to grow professionally in content or brand management

Time Commitment & Compensation

  • Part-time: ~8–12 hours per week
  • Compensation: $18–$22/hour(or fixed monthly equivalent, depending on experience)

This role has clear boundaries and no unpaid scope creep.
