On-site participation may include additional stipends, travel reimbursement, and meal coverage for local photoshoots.

Internship Overview

JTM Digital is seeking an Event Coordinator Intern to support on-site event execution and brand activations for lifestyle and hospitality clients.

This internship is designed for students interested in marketing, communications, event management, and brand experience. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to real agency projects while developing professional and practical skills.

Key Responsibilities ***(Learning & Support-Based)***On-Site Event Support

  • Attend client events as part of the agency team
  • Assist with guest check-in, staff coordination, and basic logistics
  • Support influencers, models, media, and staff under guidance
  • Help ensure smooth event flow and execution
  • Complete ad hoc support tasks as needed

Event Preparation

  • Assist with event checklists, timelines, and materials
  • Support internal team coordination and preparation

Documentation & Reporting

  • Help document events with photos, videos, and notes
  • Assist with post-event summaries and reports

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams
  • Participate in team meetings and project discussions

(Other duties may be assigned based on project needs.)

Schedule & Commitment

  • Flexible schedule, up to 20 hours/week
  • Hybrid (remote + on-site events)
  • Minimum commitment: 3 months preferred

Eligibility

  • Currently enrolled students only (Sophomore / Junior / Senior)
  • Credit-eligible (subject to school approval)
  • CPT/OPT supported
  • Travel and meal expenses covered for off-site events
  • High-performing interns may be considered for future paid or long-term opportunities

Qualifications

Required

  • Interest in events, marketing, or brand experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized, responsible, and adaptable

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in events, student organizations, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus
