What You'll Own

End-to-end product experience across our four-agent platform AND rapid development of new AI agents based on customer needs and market opportunities. You'll ship new products in weeks, not quarters.

How You'll Work

You leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Midjourney, etc.) to 10X your output. You're cranking out BRDs, PRDs, UI/UX journeys, and wireframes in days instead of weeks. You use AI to prototype, test ideas, generate visuals, and iterate—so you can focus on strategy and customer outcomes, not manual grunt work.

You coordinate with global teams across time zones efficiently using async AI-powered workflows. You don't wait for meetings—you use AI to draft, refine, and align stakeholders at speed.

We're NOT looking for someone who:

  • Takes 3 months to write a PRD
  • Needs dedicated designers for every wireframe
  • Builds products that take a year to ship
  • Treats AI as "just another tool"

We ARE looking for someone who:

  • Ships BRDs/PRDs in days using AI assistance
  • Prototypes UX flows with Figma + AI tools independently
  • Launches new features/agents in 4-8 weeks, not 6-12 months
  • Uses AI to compress timelines and scale their impact 10X

Must-Have Experience

  • 4-6 years in performance marketing, paid social, or growth (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, retail media)
  • Direct hands-on experience with content sourcing: UGC campaigns, influencer partnerships, creator platforms, meme/viral marketing
  • 3-5 years as a PM for B2B SaaS or marketing tools
  • Power user of AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT for docs, Cursor/Copilot for prototyping, v0/Figma AI for design, etc.)—you don't just use AI, you orchestrate it to GSD
  • Proven track record of shipping fast with lean teams
  • Experience working with global/distributed teams across time zones
  • Data-driven with extreme ownership and builder mentality

Huge Plus If You Have

  • Product marketing chops : positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, sales enablement, customer storytelling—and you can execute this with AI assistance at speed
  • Built products using AI-first workflows (Cursor, v0, Replit, Lovable, etc.)
  • Launched 0→1 products in under 3 months
  • Created your own AI agents, GPTs, or automation workflows
  • Run DTC/e-commerce paid campaigns with proven ROAS improvements
  • Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization

What Success Looks Like

You're shipping new AI agents every 6-8 weeks. Your BRDs are done in 2 days. Your UI/UX journeys are prototyped in 48 hours. Global teams move fast because you've eliminated bottlenecks with AI-powered async workflows.

Customers adopt quickly because you ship features they actually need—fast.
