This role is perfect for someone who can both create compelling content and manage day-to-day social media operations. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

Plan, film, photograph, and edit high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Capture behind-the-scenes footage of boot production, staff, and daily operations.

Create short-form videos, product features, customer stories, and brand-focused content.

Maintain a consistent visual and brand style across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily posting schedules across platforms.

Write engaging captions and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice.

Monitor comments and messages and engage with followers professionally.

Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Track performance metrics and adjust content based on analytics.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Brand & Community Building:

Represent the JK Boots brand with authenticity and professionalism.

Build relationships with customers, creators, and brand partners.

Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations.
General Support:

Assist the business with any additional marketing or creative needs as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience creating content for social media platforms.

Strong video editing and photography skills (mobile and/or DSLR).

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.

Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Interest in craftsmanship, trades, or American-made products is a plus.

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm | Full-time
(Some flexibility may be required for content creation and events.)
