Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with Recruiting Experience and excellent verbal communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms that leads to student recruitment. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and admissions recruiting that leads to increased enrollment.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals to meet enrollment goals.
  • Create engaging content tailored for different platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other visual marketing tools for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape for competitive content strategies to increase enrollment.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Monitor performance metrics using SEO best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce initiatives into social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand brand visibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and tools to continually enhance our online presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation (graphic design and video editing).
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles to improve online visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media use.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
