About the job

Who We Are:

Changing the sales landscape is hard, but at 7th Level, we believe in the potential of our technology-driven approach to revolutionize the sales training experience and we need innovative and passionate individuals to join us on this journey! Gone are the days of high-pressure tactics. Today's sales rep builds relationships and solves real problems. We lead in sales training and coaching, empowering Sales Agents and businesses all over the globe to reach their full potential through focused, collaborative training courses designed to fill the gap in sales education.

Role Summary:

As a member of the content team, you will be the visual architect of the 7th Level brand. This is not a desk job. Your mission is to translate complex sales psychology into high-impact visual stories across YouTube, social media, and our premium training platforms. You should be as comfortable in a luxury hotel suite filming a lifestyle vlog as you are in the back of a 5,000-person auditorium. If you can make a boardroom feel like a cinematic experience and a podcast feel like an intimate masterclass, you belong here.

Role Expectations:

  • On-the-Fly Production: Travel 50–75% of the time with the founder to capture keynotes, live events, and high-level networking.
