Headboards World is a fast-growing custom furniture brand based in Addison, TX. We design and manufacture high-end upholstered beds, headboards, daybeds, and custom pieces shipped nationwide.
We’re hiring an E-Commerce + Marketing Coordinator to help manage our Shopify store, content, and day-to-day marketing tasks while keeping everything organized, consistent, and on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and update our Shopify website (product listings, descriptions, pricing, photos, collections)
- Support marketing campaigns (new drops, promos, seasonal sales, launches)
- Assist with content planning + posting (Instagram, TikTok, stories, reels)
- Help coordinate photoshoots, product releases, and showroom content
- Work with our team to keep product info accurate (inventory, custom options, shipping details)
- Help with PR / press outreach (magazines, local features, influencer coordination)
- Track performance and help improve results (traffic, conversions, best sellers, content performance)
Top Skills We’re Looking For
- Shopify experience (required)
- Strong organization + attention to detail
- Great writing skills (product descriptions, captions, emails)
- Social media content mindset (IG + TikTok)
- Marketing coordination + campaign execution
- Basic design tools.
- Interest in interior design / furniture / home decor
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a HUGE plus
Schedule: Full Time in-Person
Monday–Friday
Location: On-site in Addison, TX
Pay: $45,000–$60,000/year (depending on experience)
