You're the kind of person who can walk into a room and raise the energy. You’re obsessed with results (for yourself and your clients). You’ve got a thing for boutique fitness and premium spaces and you know how to lead a team that brings the wow.

As our Studio Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Dallas flagship location. From day-to-day ops to sales strategy to community building, you’ll own the member experience—and inspire your team to deliver excellence every step of the way.

YOUR IMPACT

Sales & Membership Growth

• Own and drive daily membership sales—both in-studio and online
• Hit (and crush) monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Host tours and consultations that turn curious guests into committed members

Leadership & Operations

• Lead the show: scheduling, team performance, inventory, and studio upkeep
• Help hire, train, and inspire a top-tier front desk and concierge crew
• Keep the studio running smoothly, efficiently, and on-brand
• Share weekly studio updates and wins with ownership

Client Experience & Community Building

• Deliver an elevated guest experience that aligns with Club Burn’s brand
• Create a vibrant, motivating atmosphere that supports clients’ wellness goals
• Engage in local outreach, influencer partnerships, and events to promote and generate revenue for the studio
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and speed

Marketing & Brand Activation

• Keep the in-studio vibe aligned with our brand aesthetic
• Stay active and engaging on our social channels
• Share new marketing ideas to keep things fresh and exciting

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• 2+ years in fitness or wellness industry (required) - certifications are a plus
• 3+ years in membership sales or customer-facing roles (required)
• Management experience preferred
• Passion for wellness, fitness technology, and modern boutique experiences
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Must be available for a full-time or near full-time, in-person schedule (Sunday–Saturday with flexibility)

Base Salary: $37,000-45,000/year
