The Wedding Dresser is a disruptor in the Bridal industry. We address the new ways brides shop offering “everything but the dress”. At our two locations in Brooklyn, New York and Baltimore, Maryland, we offer alterations, accessories and styling for brides, moms, maids, parties, proms and couture.

TWD is also a TikTok influencer with 27,000 followers so that is our main forum for advertising, teaching and selling our services and accessories.

We specialize in restoring, resizing and styling vintage and antique dresses. TikTok influencer with 26,000 followers and growing ! We have created reels to showcase our vintage work and to give brides shopping guidance.

Job Overview

We need a fashion marketing intern who lives on social media! with a passion for fashion, evening wear and everything bridal. You will be creating content for TikTok and IG. You will be assisting with our new Tiktok live series " How to Buy a Wedding Dress" and with selling jewelry and accessories live on Tiktok! You will also work with our marketing company Engaged creating marketing materials, managing our adwords and CRM marketing, online and print ads; and help designing our new website

This job includes

- Taking photos and videos of our clients, our team at work and our accessories to use for content

- Using AI to create photos on models and other marketing tools for our online store

- Working with our Marketing company building our new website, manage SEO and Google Adwords campaigns

- Helping promote events for the opening of our new Baltimore location

- Copywriting using ChatGPT

- Creating marketing materials using Canva

- Assisting in TikTok live sessions

-Experience and Required skills include:

- Marketing Major 5th semester or higher, or recent graduate

- Experience creating and posting reels on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

- Editing using the TikTok platform and/or Capcut or other services

- Taking/ editing photos on an iPhone or yoru own camera

- Knowledge of fashion vocabulary for writing captions

- Professional writing skills

- Experience working with Google business suite on Mac or your own laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour
