At Hire With Jarvis, we help organizations hire the right people in the right seats at the right time. We are partnering with a fast-scaling ecommerce operator to identify a Head of TikTok Shop who will own and accelerate revenue through creator-led commerce.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and executing a full-funnel TikTok growth strategy focused on engagement and conversion
Building and scaling a high-performing creator and influencer ecosystem
Launching and managing a TikTok internship program that produces high-volume content each month
Owning TikTok Shop performance including listings, campaigns, and live commerce events
Leading analytics and reporting across ROI, engagement, and creator performance
Identifying and integrating new trends consistently to keep content fresh and effective
Collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and analytics partners to align execution
Driving operational excellence across social commerce workflows

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in social commerce sales with a strong emphasis on TikTok Shop and live commerce
Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and monetization mechanics
Track record of scaling creator programs for DTC or omnichannel brands
Data-driven mindset with comfort managing GMV targets and performance goals
Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor
Strong communicator who builds trust with creators and internal stakeholders
Thrives in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

The Details

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM
Location: Remote, with residence within one to two hours of Howell, New Jersey
Onsite Expectations: Weekly or biweekly team collaboration
