About the Role

We’re looking for a

Mid-Level Social Media & Digital Media Specialist

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both

organic and paid social

, has hands-on experience working with

influencers

, and is comfortable managing campaigns across

U.S. and Mexico markets

. You’ll work closely with creative, media, and account teams to execute, optimize, and report on multi-channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support

social media campaigns

across major platforms (organic & paid)

  • Assist with

paid media execution

across digital and social channels

  • Coordinate and support

influencer campaigns

across all major outlets

  • Build and maintain

media plans, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance recaps

  • Create client-ready

presentations using Google Slides & Google Sheets

  • Track budgets, pacing, and performance throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Handle

self-billing of media buys

and support media reconciliation

  • Support campaigns for

active clients in both Mexico and the U.S.

  • Leverage basic

AI tools

to improve workflow efficiency and campaign insights

  • Collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience

in social media and/or digital media

(agency experience or direct client experience required)

  • Strong familiarity with paid social media and digital advertising
  • Experience working with

social influencers

across platforms

  • Bilingual (Spanish required)

– must be comfortable working with Mexico-based and U.S.-based clients

  • Proficient in

Google Sheets, Google Slides

, and campaign reporting

  • Understanding of

media planning, performance metrics, and optimization

  • Some comprehension and curiosity around

AI tools

and emerging technology

  • Resourceful, self-motivated

, and proactive problem-solver

  • Able to

commute to Whittier, CA four days per week

  • College degree preferred

, but equivalent experience will be considered
