We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Production & Events Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role sits at the intersection of project management, event planning, and photo shoot production, with ownership of logistics and execution across runway shows, trunk shows, industry markets, and studio and on-location photo shoots.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and consistently delivers at a high level of excellence. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to take direction and translate creative vision into seamless, polished execution—often under tight timelines and live-event conditions.

This position is an in-person individual contributor role, requiring seasonal travel, and reports to a remote manager, making strong communication, accountability, and follow-through essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Production Ownership

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of all event and production execution once creative direction and objectives are set.
  • Plan and execute: Runway Shows, Trunk Shows, Industry Markets, Brand Events, and Studio and On-Location Photo Shoots.
  • Develop and manage detailed production timelines, run-of-show documents, call sheets, schedules, event playbooks, preferred vendor lists, and checklists.
  • Lead planning and on-site execution, troubleshooting, and real-time decision-making to ensure smooth, polished on-brand outcomes.
  • Manage long event days, early call times, late-night setups, and high-pressure environments with professionalism and composure.

Project Management & Coordination

  • Translate marketing and creative direction into clear, actionable production plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Shipping, Sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Liaise with freelancers and external partners for day-to-day coordination and execution.
  • Maintain organized documentation across all projects, events, and photo shoots.

Vendor & Freelancer Management

  • Source, vet, negotiate, and manage vendors including venues, production teams, stylists, photographers, and support staff.
  • Execute within approved budgets while maintaining brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Oversee vendor timelines, deliverables, contracts, and on-site performance.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all vendor and partner interactions.

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Track expenses and manage production budgets within approved parameters.
  • Maintain accurate records for all events and photo shoots.
  • Produce post-event and post-photo shoot recaps, including outcomes, learnings, and recommendations.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively problem-solve before issues arise.
  • Continuously refine production workflows, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and execution quality.
  • Ensure all executions reflect the brand’s accessible luxury positioning and visual standards.
  • Demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail when executing creative direction.

Social Media Support

  • Aid in the content capture for social media campaigns and content creation during events and photo shoots.
  • Coordinate the execution of social media collaborations, influencer partnerships, and related opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, production, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong background in events; fashion, bridal, or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors and freelancers.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Highly reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while reporting to and collaborating with a remote manager.
  • Flexible and available to work extended hours during peak event periods, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to lead on-site execution confidently.

What Success Looks Like

  • Events and photo shoots are executed seamlessly, on time, and on brand.
  • Creative vision is translated into polished, consistent execution.
  • Stakeholders and partners feel informed, supported, and confident.
  • Production processes are organized, documented, and continuously improving.

This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing elevated brand experiences to life behind the scenes, values operational excellence, and takes pride in flawless execution within a collaborative, fashion-forward environment.
