Undercover Snacks is a better-for-you, mission-driven snack company manufacturing out of our company-owned facility in East Hanover, NJ. Our products are sold in over 25,000 stores nationwide, and our Chocolate Quinoa Crisps are proudly served as a complimentary snack on United Airlines.
While we’ve grown exponentially in recent years, we believe we’re just getting started — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help support and accelerate the next phase of our growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Marketing / Executive Assistant with great communication skills to support our marketing team and CEO. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a “do-whatever-it-takes” startup mindset who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll play a critical role in updating, organizing and ordering marketing and office materials, serving as a brand ambassador when needed, assisting the CEO with administrative tasks, creating prototypes, managing sample requests, handling customer service and assisting with social media. This position is perfect for a recent college grad, or someone with a few years of marketing support experience interested in breaking into the world of food CPG. It is full-time, in person and candidates must live within a 40 minute drive of our factory in East Hanover, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and track sample requests.
· Assemble and oversee shipping of influencer kits and samples.
· Coordinate tradeshow, meetings and event logistics, packing, samples and shipping.
· Coordinate travel for executives, sales and marketing teams.
· Manage, organize and order marketing supplies and materials.
· Manage, respond to and track customer service emails.
· Act as a brand ambassador for regional events.
· Some travel to attend trade shows and other events when needed.
· Assist in creating packaging and product prototypes.
· Assist in managing and updating internet, ecommerce, and website product listings
· Support internal process organization (organize image libraries, forms, trackers, folders, systems)
· Handle special projects in support of the CEO, sales, and marketing teams.
· Manage event paperwork.
· Assist the social media director with filming and content when needed.
· Occasional errands to support CEO, Sales and Marketing teams.

- Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-oriented self-starter who is able to get things done with minimal direction.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Resourceful and proactive — comfortable wearing many hats as the business evolves.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to move things forward.
- Enjoys working in fast paced, startup environment with lots of quick pivots and fast learning required as the business grows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, upbeat, enthusiastic team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Nimble, adaptable, and comfortable with change in a high-growth environment
- Comfortable navigating and mastering various online portals, and learning the backend of our website.
- Genuine interest in marketing and joining a CPG food company.
