Our DTC wellness client is looking for a Social Media and Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team, hybrid in Boca Raton, Florida, 3 days/week. This is a full-time role, ideally starting ASAP.
This person will lead performance focused initiatives across affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, referral platforms and organic social media. They will own strategy, execution, optimization and partnership management with a clear focus on traffic, lead generation and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking and thrives in a fast paced, measurable environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all social channels including Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Respond to comments and engagement across every channel.
- Manage influencers, track deliverables and keep all campaigns on schedule.
- Handle multiple projects at the same time with minimal oversight.
- Own affiliate and referral program execution and optimization.
- Track performance weekly and adjust campaigns based on ROAS, LTV, conversions and other KPIs.
- Negotiate influencer and affiliate agreements, commissions and incentives.
- Collaborate with design on required assets.
- Maintain accurate tracking and compliance across all platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management.
- Experience managing all channels independently at high volume.
- Strong background in influencer management and community management.
- Experience in health, beauty or wellness preferred, especially with DTC products.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Able to work onsite in a hybrid schedule.
- Comfortable with a heavy workload and long hours when needed.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
