Job Summary
The US Campaign Manager plays a key role in driving brand growth, guest engagement, and commercial results across Joe & The Juice’s US markets. Based in our Soho HQ, this role sits within the Brand department and serves as the connector between global campaign strategy and local market execution when it comes to campaigns, market & store openings.
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized campaign leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn strategy into strong, well-coordinated execution. You will lead the planning, coordination, and rollout of omni-channel campaigns, from seasonal product launches to major brand moments and market & store openings, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency across all guest & staff touchpoints.
This role requires a strong balance of creative thinking, operational excellence, and commercial understanding. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Brand, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns that build the brand and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of US campaigns, ensuring timely rollout across all channels.
- Translate global campaign strategies into localized US plans that align with commercial priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Brand, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive cohesive execution.
- Manage timelines, workflows, internal alignment, and post-launch evaluations.
- Oversee the creation, review, and deployment of campaign assets across digital, in-store, and external channels.
- Support seasonal product launches, brand initiatives, and major commercial moments with clear and effective execution plans.
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including stores, app, CRM, social, and PR.
- Attend brand events, influencer activations, and store openings to support execution and represent the Brand team.
- Track performance and gather insights to inform future campaigns and continuous improvements.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a campaign manager, brand marketing, or integrated marketing role.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Experience translating strategy into clear execution plans with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
