Tailor On Tap – Custom Clothing for Men & Women

Tailor On Tap is a fast-growing custom clothing company serving men and women who want to look confident, powerful, and unmistakably polished. We outfit executives, entrepreneurs, attorneys, brides and grooms, corporate teams, and women leaders with made-to-measure and bespoke garments—without the intimidation of traditional tailoring.

We are expanding our Tysons Corner showroom and national footprint and are hiring a Growth & Brand Manager to become the engine behind:

  • Filling our Tysons showroom with qualified appointments
  • Driving appointments for trunk shows around the country
  • Building our digital presence from the ground up
  • Developing the Founder’s personal brand as a recognizable style authority
  • Creating real marketing infrastructure for a scaling startup

This is not an intern or “just post on social media” role. This is a revenue-driving position with ownership, upside, and a clear path to Head of Marketing as the company grows.

What You’ll Own1. Appointment Generation – Showroom & Trunk Shows (Primary Goal)

  • Build to 50+ Tysons showroom appointments per month
  • Generate qualified appointments for national trunk shows through:
  • digital marketing
  • local partnerships
  • LinkedIn & DM outreach
  • email campaigns
  • Manage inbound leads from Google Ads
  • Launch Meta ads and retargeting
  • Build relationships with:
  • wedding planners & venues
  • corporate offices
  • women’s professional organizations
  • law firms, real estate teams, finance groups
  • bridal shops & event partners

2. Digital Marketing Infrastructure

  • Fix and optimize existing Google Ads
  • Launch Meta (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns
  • Create SEO strategy & blog content
  • Build email lists and automated flows
  • Implement analytics, tracking, and reporting
  • Develop retargeting funnels for showroom and trunk show markets

3. Brand & Content

  • Plan, film, and edit social content
  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Build the Founder’s presence as a style influencer
  • Showcase:
  • men’s and women’s suiting
  • client transformations
  • wedding & event styling
  • corporate image consulting
  • fabric, fit, and design education

4. Analytics & Performance

  • Track cost per appointment (showroom + trunk shows)
  • Measure show rates & conversions
  • Report weekly on:
  • leads generated
  • appointments held
  • revenue influenced
  • content performance
  • campaign ROI

Who You Are

  • You think like a builder in a startup, not a caretaker
  • Creative and analytical
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it
  • Not afraid to DM 100 people a day to fill calendars
  • You care about aesthetics, image, and personal branding
  • You want ownership and upside, not just a checklist

Bonus Points

  • Fashion, luxury, or wedding industry experience
  • Paid ads management background
  • Video editing skills
  • Prior appointment-setting or SDR experience

Compensation

Base: $65,000 – $75,000

Performance Bonuses

  • Per appointment showed (showroom & trunk shows)
  • Revenue-based incentives
  • Brand growth milestones

Realistic OTE: $90,000+ in Year 1 with significant upside as we expand nationally.

Requirements

  • In-office in Tysons Corner to start (hybrid available after ramp)
  • Ability to film and edit short-form content
  • Experience with at least one:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • SEO
  • Email marketing
  • Strong communication and organization
  • Willingness to support national trunk show initiatives

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
