BZA is a nationally recognized public relations firm specializing in sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and brand communications. We represent some of the most recognizable names, events, and organizations in the industry and are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our fast-paced team.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable communicating with clients, understands social media culture, and has a strong interest in public relations, media, and storytelling. Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting live events, brand campaigns, and day-to-day agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with  client communications  and internal coordination
• Support  social media strategy and content ideation  across platforms
• Build and maintain  media lists  and influencer databases
• Create  clip reports  and media coverage summaries for clients
• Assist with  presentations, decks, and proposals
• Support creative needs including  graphics, photo, and video content

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal  communication skills
• Comfortable interfacing with  clients, partners, and media contacts
• Social media savvy with an understanding of current trends and platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong  organizational and list-building skills
• Confident in  presentation creation and delivery
• Working knowledge of:
• Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Basic  photo and video editing  tools
• Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Interest in sports, entertainment, or media
• Prior internship or campus organization experience
• Familiarity with PR tools, media databases, or analytics platforms
