About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and creative Senior Partnerships Manager to lead creator-driven brand marketing initiatives from concept through execution. In this role, you'll shape and manage the creator strategy for key brands, ensuring campaigns are not only innovative but also deliver measurable impact. You'll guide a team of Creator Marketing Managers, oversee campaign launches, source talent, and support senior leadership in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Creator Strategy : Develop and execute creator marketing strategies that align with brand goals, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Management : Direct and mentor Partnerships Coordinator, ensuring effective campaign development, timely execution, and team growth.
  • Campaign Oversight : Own the end-to-end process for creator campaigns—from briefing to launch—maintaining brand integrity and performance metrics.
  • Talent Sourcing & Partnerships : Identify, vet, and engage with creators and influencers that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
  • Client Relationship Support : Partner closely with the Head of Brand to maintain strong client relationships, contributing to strategic planning, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Creative, Strategy, Media, and Insights teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and data-informed.
  • Trendspotting : Stay on top of cultural, platform, and creator trends to continuously evolve our approach and keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Creator Analytics & Performance Insights: Leverage real-time analytics and creator data to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and craft actionable insights and success narratives that inform future programming and audience development efforts.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer/creator strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading multi-platform creator/influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and the creator landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • A collaborative leader with strong project management abilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience at a creative, influencer, or brand marketing agency.
  • A strong network of creator contacts across verticals.
  • Familiarity with talent management and creator contract negotiations.
