Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across paid social advertising, organic social media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital and brand-building channels while working closely with senior marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social Advertising Support

  • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed

  • Help manage creative assets, copy variations, and audience targeting under guidance from senior team members

  • Compile performance reports and assist with analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS

Organic Social Media

  • Support the planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of organic social content across multiple platforms

  • Assist with community management, including monitoring comments and messages and escalating when appropriate

  • Track organic performance metrics and help identify content trends and opportunities

Influencer Marketing

  • Support influencer discovery, research, and outreach aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals

  • Assist with campaign coordination, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and approvals

  • Help manage influencer content, usage rights, and basic performance reporting

Branding & Partnership Support

  • Assist in researching and evaluating potential brand partnerships and collaborations

  • Help coordinate partnership activations, including asset collection, timelines, and communication tracking

  • Support reporting and recap materials for branding initiatives and partnerships

General Marketing Support

  • Maintain organized project documentation, content calendars, and reporting files

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and account teams

  • Stay informed on social media, influencer, and digital marketing trends

Qualifications:

Required

  • Solid understanding of major social media platforms and how brands use them

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager for campaign setup and reporting

  • Design-focused eye who can create beautiful reels and images

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Internship, coursework, or hands-on experience with paid social platforms or social media management tools

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or creator ecosystems

  • Creative mindset with an interest in content and branding
