Jr. Attorney

We are seeking an entry-level Corporate Counsel to join our team on a contract basis.. This role requires a skilled attorney with 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and transactional workflows. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an active California Bar admission and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and maintain standard agreements and contract templates.

• Collaborate with contract managers to support transactional workflows effectively.

• Prepare, negotiate, and evaluate manufacturing supply agreements.

• Manage and oversee social media influencer contracts on a weekly basis.

• Handle high-volume contract work, reviewing up to 70 contracts per quarter.

• Participate in process improvements for contract review and management.

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards across all contracts.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to support business operations.

• Must be a licensed attorney, with preference for active California Bar admission.

• Possess 2-3 years of corporate counsel or related legal experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in contract management and commercial agreements.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams.

• Familiarity with transactional workflows and corporate compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
