Role Overview:

The Brand Specialist leads the implementation of the M&A service brand strategy, ensuring smooth integration of acquired brands and consistent representation across all touchpoints. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence through strategic collaborations, digital alignment, and community engagement. Working closely with marketing, digital, and operations teams, the Brand Specialist drives initiatives that position the brand effectively in the marketplace.

Location: Hybrid role based in Easton, MA 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Integration & Migration:

  • Integrate service brands from new acquisitions.
  • Transition existing brands to the new service brand.
  • Implement the brand playbook.

Content & Positioning:

  • Collaborate with the CMO to define content strategy for brand positioning.
  • Create targeted content for homeowners, homebuilders, commercial clients, and other key audiences.
  • Develop brand positioning campaigns in partnership with SMG.

Digital Brand Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure the new service brand is consistently implemented across the platform.

Industry Partnerships to Broaden Sales Channels for Plunge Pools:

  • Identify relevant industry forums, builder trend communities, and trade publications.
  • Ideate and propose collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement these partnerships and initiatives.
  • Engage ESG in relevant industry events.
  • Build partnerships with high-authority realtors and homebuilder associations.
  • Coordinate Lunch & Learn sessions to educate and engage stakeholders.

Influencer & Partnership Initiatives:

  • Identify and collaborate with selective influencers.
  • Launch community engagement programs to strengthen brand presence.

Reputation & Reviews:

  • Design campaigns to increase Google reviews and enhance online reputation.

Operational Branding:

  • Work with operations to implement branding on vehicles (including mobile retail) and retail stores.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing
  • Experience with brand integration and M&A transitions
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, and content development
  • Proven collaboration with executive and cross-functional teams
  • Experience implementing brand standards across digital and physical channels
  • Background in partnerships, industry associations, and influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with reputation management and online reviews
  • Experience supporting operational branding (vehicles, retail, signage)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
