Social Media Content Creation Assistant Are you a student or early-career creative looking to gain real-world marketing experience? This role is perfect for students or emerging creatives who want to build their portfolio, develop new skills, and learn from an experienced marketing team .

Position Details:

  • Location: Raleigh–Durham, NC (Hybrid)
  • Position Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
  • Supervisor: Marketing Coordinator
  • Compensation: Hourly, based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation & Production Capture photo and video content during services with staff and client consent

  • Film behind-the-scenes moments, staff introductions, and UGC-style content

Editing & Creative Design Edit short-form video content using CapCut

  • Design branded graphics using Canva
  • Add hooks, captions, thumbnails, and text overlays to improve engagement

Content Planning & Scheduling

  • Help build weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Draft captions aligned with brand voice and tone

Trends, Analytics & Learning

  • Research trending audios, formats, and content styles in the beauty and med spa space
  • Track post performance and engagement metrics

Influencer & Brand Exposure Assist with building local influencer lists

Support influencer outreach, event support, and UGC organization
