Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer & Content Creator to help grow our brand presence and drive eCommerce sales in a flexible, remote, contract role.
As an early-stage organization, we are looking for a team member who enjoys learning new material, is comfortable taking initiative on independent projects, and is excited about the prospect of having a direct impact on a rapidly growing brand.
In this role, you will develop new ad creatives, manage social channels, and launch and optimize campaigns across major platforms while leveraging AI tools and external contractors to accelerate content production and experimentation.
While the ideal candidate would have experience in multiple facets of eCommerce advertising, we would consider applications from anyone with a general knowledge of this topic who is excited about the opportunity and has a history of independent learning and creative problem solving.

Qualifications
- Experience developing digital advertising content, including ad concepts, copy, visuals, and short-form video (or a strong portfolio demonstrating these skills)
- Hands-on experience managing or contributing to brand social media channels with a focus on engagement and consistency
- Familiarity with launching and optimizing eCommerce advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Google, or similar
- Comfort using AI tools to support creative ideation, content generation, and rapid experimentation
- Experience planning or supporting promotional initiatives such as giveaways, collaborations, influencer campaigns, or seasonal launches
- Ability to coordinate with external creatives, freelancers, or contractors to produce marketing assets efficiently
- Basic photography and videography skills for capturing product content suitable for ads, websites, and social media
- Experience creating and maintaining content calendars and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfort with proactive outreach and relationship-building with partners, sellers, or bulk purchasers
- Strong customer empathy and communication skills, with the ability to translate feedback into refined messaging and positioning
- Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to iterate on creative, targeting, and budget allocation
- Curiosity about competitors, market trends, and emerging creative strategies
- Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable tracking progress and time across projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is welcome
Responsibilities
- Independently develop new advertising materials, including ad concepts, copy, visuals, and short-form video assets
- Oversee and grow brand social media channels with a focus on engagement, community building, and brand consistency
- Build, launch, and optimize eCommerce advertising campaigns across Google, TikTok, Meta/Facebook, and other digital platforms
- Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and enhance advertising content, including images, videos, scripts, and campaign variations
- Plan and manage publicity initiatives such as giveaways, contests, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions
- Manage and coordinate external creatives or contractors to efficiently produce marketing content and assets
- Capture product photography and videography suitable for ads, website content, and social media channels
- Create and maintain a content calendar covering advertising, social posts, campaigns, and product releases
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential retail partners, sellers, and bulk purchasers to expand distribution and brand exposure
- Engage directly with customers to understand core value propositions, refine messaging, and identify emerging market niches
- Analyze performance data across platforms to continuously refine creative strategy, targeting, and budget allocation
- Perform competitor and market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and effective creative angles
- Communicate progress clearly and track time allocation across initiatives

- Pay Range: $20–$25/hour
