The Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketer to take full ownership of one core vertical and scale it aggressively. This is not a run the ads role. It is a growth owner role.
You will own growth strategy and execution across acquisition and conversion, and help define the playbook for scaling a telehealth vertical inside a company that already knows how to win. You will test fast, iterate constantly, and drive outcomes.
Examples of verticals you may own include weight loss, longevity, hair loss, dermatology, and emerging categories.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing across paid channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or programmatic, with clear ownership of customer acquisition goals.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting, attribution, and testing readouts. Experience with GA4 and platform level reporting preferred.
- Ability to build and execute an experimentation roadmap across creative, landing pages, intake flows, offers, and funnel steps.
- Experience improving funnel conversion rates through audience segmentation, A B testing, and on page optimization.
- Strong project management and operational habits, with the ability to run multiple tests at once and coordinate across creative, product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong creative instincts and understanding of branding, messaging, and creative optimization that drives performance.
- Clear communicator with high ownership, strong problem solving skills, and a results driven mindset.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Growth and Customer Acquisition
- Own acquisition strategy and performance across channels including paid social, paid search, influencer and creator, affiliates and partnerships, organic, and emerging platforms.
- Identify and scale CAC efficient growth levers specific to your vertical.
- Build and manage testing roadmaps across creative, offer, landing page, and funnel steps with clear hypotheses and learnings.
- Partner with internal teams to hit targets and drive accountability across performance metrics.
Funnel and Conversion Optimization
- Improve conversion across the full journey from ad to landing page to intake or quiz to consult to approval to purchase or subscription.
- Optimize landing pages, intake forms, quizzes, and key funnel steps to increase conversion rate and decrease drop off.
- Own measurement for your vertical including tracking hygiene, attribution sanity checks, reporting, and experiment readouts.
Creative Strategy and UGC Engine
- Build a repeatable creative system for your vertical including hooks, angles, formats, and messaging that drives performance.
- Develop and scale a creator and influencer ecosystem aligned with your vertical including UGC, testimonials, education, and trust building.
- Collaborate with creative to ship high velocity iterations using briefs, feedback loops, and performance based iteration.
Offer and Market Expansion
- Identify opportunities across new patient segments, conditions, protocols, bundles, pricing tests, and positioning.
- Help shape vertical specific messaging, go to market strategy, and content strategy.
Entrepreneurial Execution
- Own the vertical like it is yours and be responsible for the number.
- Run rapid experiments, prioritize what moves the needle, and iterate fast without needing a playbook handed to you.
Who You Are
- You are entrepreneurial and energized by building and scaling, not maintaining.
- You have 3 to 5 plus years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or scaling a consumer business.
- You understand funnels deeply and can improve conversion and CAC through testing, messaging, and UX.
- You have strong creative instincts and can turn insights into winning creative.
- You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and moving fast.
- You are outcomes obsessed and you measure everything, learn quickly, and iterate relentlessly.
