We are a well-established Austin personal injury law firm with 20 years in the market and a clear focus on growth. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, signed cases, and measurable ROI across digital and local B2B channels.
This is not a brand role and not a social media influencer position. This is a results-driven, execution-heavy role for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and real business impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Create & execute and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage Yelp Ads and Local Service Ads (LSAs)
- Oversee AI-driven local search and AEO strategies
- Continuously test and improve landing pages and website conversion rates
Local Growth & B2B Relationships
- Build and strengthen B2B referral relationships
- Reactivate dormant referral sources
- Partner with internal staff to improve referral follow-through
Reputation & Local Visibility
- Own review strategy and client feedback loops
- Create content & optimize platforms such as FB, GMB, IG, Profile, Apple Business, etc., and local listings
- Create & deploy short-form video content for platforms
Vendor & Campaign Management
- Manage and hold external vendors accountable
- Track performance against Cost Per Acquisition (CPAs) and signed-case benchmarks
- Report directly to the business owner with clear performance data
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent growth in qualified leads
- Increased signed cases attributable to marketing
- CPA trending down or holding at target
- Measurable B2B referral growth
- Clear testing cadence and fast execution
Required Experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proven experience with ROI-driven campaigns
- B2B marketing or partnership-based growth experience
- Comfortable being accountable to numbers, not activity
- Experience managing vendors or freelancers
