Crystal Quest is a growing manufacturer of premium water filtration and treatment systems serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets worldwide. With over 30 years of experience, we are building focus to expand our digital footprint, brand presence, and online engagement.

We are looking for a self-driven Social Media & Digital Growth Manager who can take ownership of our social channels and help increase and turn brand awareness into traffic, engagement, and long-term growth.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who can take a broad objective like:

“Grow our social media presence and drive traffic to our website”

…and turn it into a structured plan, creative execution, and measurable results.

You will own social media strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms while collaborating closely with our graphics, video, and marketing teams. This is not a task-only posting role, initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking are required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning - Develop, plan, and execute social media growth strategies. Create content calendars including:

  • Post concepts
  • Captions and messaging
  • Platform-specific strategies
  • Identify new opportunities for engagement, reach, and traffic growth

Social Media Management - Manage and grow company presence across:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • X (Twitter)
  • LinkedIn (and others as appropriate)
  • Post consistently and strategically
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally and on-brand
  • Engage with followers, industry accounts, and relevant communities

Content & Collaboration

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video production to:
  • Brainstorm content ideas
  • Provide creative direction
  • Turn ideas into published content
  • Write strong captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
  • Coordinate campaigns and content launches

Outreach & Growth Initiatives - Identify and reach out to:

  • Influencers
  • Affiliates
  • Brand partners
  • Assist with recruiting and managing affiliate relationships
  • Stay on top of trends and adapt content strategies accordingly

Performance & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, growth, traffic)
  • Report insights and make improvement recommendations
  • Optimize content and strategy based on results

What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • Experience managing and growing social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Organized, proactive, and creative
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers and video teams

Bonus

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer brands
  • Influencer or affiliate marketing experience
  • Familiarity with analytics tools
  • Interest in health, wellness, or sustainability

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary up to $60,000 per year, depending on experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
