Position Overview
As the UGC Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our User-Generated Content strategy. You’ll manage the end-to-end UGC process, working closely with internal teams, paid media, influencers, ambassadors, and external creators to source, brief, and deliver high-converting UGC for paid social campaigns. You will ensure we have a consistent flow of relevant, platform-native content to test and scale across TikTok, Meta, and other platforms.
This is a project management-heavy role, perfect for someone who loves being organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the power of authentic content that drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities
UGC Program Management
- Own and manage the UGC content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of monthly deliverables.
- Organize UGC projects from start to finish: sourcing talent, sending briefs, tracking assets, and coordinating deadlines.
- Maintain and update a library of approved UGC assets organized by product, creator, and platform.
- Managing a monthly budget — including tracking expenses and negotiating rates with creators.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with Ambassadors, Influencers, and External Creators to source quality content.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to understand what’s converting and what content we need more of.
- Provide video concepts, briefs, and scripts to creators tailored for paid ad formats.
- Communicate cross-functionally with videographers, editors, and creative teams to move content through production.
Performance & Optimization
- Track the performance of UGC ads to identify which creators, hooks, and formats are working.
- Use data to inform future content direction and creative testing.
- Ensure all content is optimized for paid platforms and meets brand + performance standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years experience in influencer/UGC coordination, social media, content production, or digital marketing.
- Strong project management skills — highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple creators and timelines.
- Understanding of paid social ad formats and performance-focused content (hooks, CTAs, platform trends).
- Confident communicator and relationship builder — especially with creators and external partners.
- Able to give clear creative direction and feedback to creators.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and/or social media content is a major plus.
Bonus Points
- Experience using platforms like Aspire, Billo or similar influencer / UGC tools.
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and content performance analysis.
- Background in copywriting, scripting, or creative briefing.
Physical Requirements
- Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate, as well as, hear and understand spoken information.
- Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, and manipulate paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
- See and read computer monitors and documents.
- Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
